Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, VAT, and buyer protection. This Refund Policy supplements Paddle's own buyer protection terms.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Refund requests submitted within 7 days of initial subscription or renewal are eligible for a full refund of that billing period. Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the billing date are not eligible. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of initial annual subscription are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, a pro-rata refund may be issued for the remaining full months of the subscription at our discretion. No refund is issued for partial months.
4. Termination for Abuse
Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service — including but not limited to rate limit circumvention, credential sharing, or prohibited use — are not eligible for any refund regardless of billing date.
5. Free Tier
The free tier carries no cost and therefore no refund applies.
6. How to Request a Refund
Submit refund requests to: billing@vongstaad.com with subject line "Refund Request" and your registered email address. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on payment method.
7. Service Outage Credits
In the event of a prolonged service outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) on a paid tier, affected users may request a pro-rata credit for the outage period. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not redeemable as cash.
